How to master reset ZTE Z221
Steps to Reset Settings
This will reset the phone settings to factory default.
- From the standby screen, select Menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select Phone.
- Scroll to and select Master Reset.
- Enter the phone password, then select OK. The default password is 0000.
- A confirmation message will display. Select Yes and the phone will then reboot.
Steps to Reset Phone
This will reset the phone settings to factory default and erase all user data(contacts, pictures, ringtones etc) and downloaded content.
- From the standby screen, select Menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select Phone.
- Scroll to and select Master Clear.
- Enter the phone password, then select OK. The default password is 0000.
- A confirmation message will display. Select Yes and the phone will then reboot.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
