How to master reset UTStarcom CDM-120
Steps to Reset Settings
This will restore the settings to factory defaults, including the ringer types and display settings. The Contacts, Call History,Scheduler, and Messaging are not affected.
- Select Menu > Settings > Security, and then enter your lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
- Select Default Settings. (A warning message is displayed)
- If you are certain that you would like to restore your phone to its default settings, select Yes.
Steps to Reset Phone
This will restore the phone settings to factory default and delete all data saved in phone.
- Select Menu > Settings > Security, and then enter your lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
- Select Reset Phone. (A warning message is displayed)
- If you are certain that you would like to delete all the saved data in your phone, select Yes.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
