How to master reset TerreStar Genus
Steps to Reset Phone
This will delete all user data and reset the phone to factory default settings.
- Turn off the device, then turn the device back on (using the red Power key).
- Once the TerreStar logo is displayed, press and hold the E letter key and the Power key on the device keyboard at the same time until a green checkmark appears in the lower left corner.
- When checkmark appears, release keys and wait until the device powers up.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
