Steps to Reset Settings

This resets any changes made to the factory settings.

 

  1. Select Settings > the General tab > Master reset.
  2. Select Reset settings.
  3. When instructions appear, select Continue.

 

Steps to Reset Phone

This deletes all setting changes, contacts, messages, personal data, and any downloaded, received or edited content.

 

  1. Select Settings > the General tab > Master reset.
  2. Select Reset all.
  3. When instructions appear, select Continue.
