Steps to Reset Settings

This restores all setting to manufacturer defaults while retaining user info such as phonebook entries and SMS messages.

 

  1. From the stand by screen press Joystick to the right.
  2. Scroll to Settings, and select by pressing the left soft key.
  3. Scroll to Master reset, and select by pressing the left soft key.
  4. Select Reset settings by pressing theleft soft key.
  5. The device prompts the user for the lock code. The default lock code is 0000.
  6. Select Ok by pressing the left soft key to confirm.

 

Steps to Reset Phone

This restores all setting to manufacturer defaults and erases all user entered info, and deletes all configurations for mMode access and email.

 

  1. From the stand by screen press Joystick to the right.
  2. Scroll to Settings, and select by pressing the left soft key.
  3. Scroll to Master reset, and select by pressing the left soft key.
  4. Select Reset all by pressing theleft soft key.
  5. The device prompts the user for the lock code. The default lock code is 0000.
  6. Select Ok by pressing the left soft key to confirm.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
