Steps to Reset Phone
It is the soft reset and is similar to rebooting your computer.The content of your phone will not be deleted.
- Remove the battery cover and the stylus. Locate the small hole.
- Insert a thin object into the hole and press down briefly.
Steps to Perform Master Reset
This will reset your phone to factory settings and delete all the phone content simultaneously.
- Tap Menu (Windows logo) > Settings > System > Master Reset.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
