Steps to Reset Settings

This will reset all the settings to factory default. Any data or Phonebook entries will not be deleted.

 

  1. From the Main screen, press Menu (Left Option Button) > Tools & Settings > Phone settings > Security and press OK.
  2. Enter your password in the Password field and press OK. The default password is last 4 digits of your phone number or 0000. 
  3. Select Reset default and press OK.
  4. At the Reset the phone? prompt, select Yes and press OK.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
