Steps to Reset Phone

This will reset settings to factory default and delete all contacts, user data and downloads.

 

  1. Press Home > Menu and then tap Settings > Privacy. (You will see a disclaimer.)
  2. Touch Factory data reset > Reset phone.
  3. If necessary, enter your password and touch Erase everything. 
  4. The phone resets to factory default settings automatically and when finished displays the Home screen.

 

 

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
