Steps to Reset Phone Settings

This changes the phone settings back to factory default.

 

  1. From the standby screen, press Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Reset Settings.
  4. Scroll to and check All, then press OK.
  5. Enter the phone password, then press OK. NOTE: The password is user-defined; there is no default. If a password has yet to be established, the phone will prompt for a new password to be entered and then confirmed.
  6. Press Yes to confirm.
  7. A confirmation message will display and the phone will then reboot.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
