Steps to reset to Default Settings

The device will be set back to factory settings. This process does not erase any user-entered info..

 

  1. From the standby screen, press Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Reset Settings.
  4. Scroll to and check All, then press OK.
  5. Enter phone password, then press Confirm. The default password is 00000000 (8 zeros).
  6. Press Yes.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
