Steps to Perform Factory Data Reset

This setting erases all data from your phone, including your Google or other email account settings, system and application data and settings, and downloaded applications.

 

  1. Tap the Menu key.
  2. Touch Settings.
  3. Scroll to and touch Privacy.
  4. Touch  Factory data reset.
  5. Touch Reset phone.
  6. Touch Erase everything.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
