Steps to Reset Phone Settings

This will reset the phone settings to factory default.

 

  1. From the Phone Settings menu, select Security. The Enter Code prompt appears in the display.
  2. Enter the 4 digit lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
  3. From the Security menu, select Reset Phone.
  4. Press Yes.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
