Steps to Reset Phone

This will reset the phone to factory default settings and all user-installed applications will be erased.

 

  1. Tap the Start menu bar located in the upper left corner of the screen.
  2. Tap Settings, and ensure that the Personal tab is displayed.
  3. Tap the Phone icon, and then tap the Security tab.
  4. Tap Phone Reset. You will have to enter security password. The security password is the last 4 digits of your phone number.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
