Steps to Restore Phone
This reset the settings to the factory default values and delete all user data.
- In Idle mode, open the application list and select Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset > Reset phone > Erase everything.
Alternate way to Restore Phone
With the device turned off, simultaneously press the Volume up and Volume down key, and then press Power . When an exclamation mark appears, press the Home key to reboot.
