Steps to Reset Phone

This will reset the phone settings to factory default and erase all user data.

 

  1. Press Home key > Menu key and then tap Settings > Privacy.
  2. Tap Factory data reset > Reset phone.
  3. If necessary, enter your password and then tap Erase everything.
