Steps to Reset Phone

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu key. 
  2. Tap Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset.
  3. Tap Reset phone > Erase everything.
  4. If prompted, enter the password and press OK. The default password is 1234.
  5. If necessary, enter and confirm password again and press OK.

  1. Turn the phone OFF.
  2. Turn on the device by holding both the Volume Up key and Volume Down key while pressing the Power key.
  3. When the Android System Recovery screen displays, release the keys.
  4. Using the volume keys, scroll to Wipe Data / Factory Reset.
  5. Press the Power key to confirm.
  6. Using the volume keys, scroll to Yes - Delete all user data.
  7. Once complete, press the Power key.
  8. Once complete, press the Volume Down key to scroll to Reboot System Now.
  9. Press the Power key to confirm.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
