Steps to Perform Factory Reset

This resets your phone and sound settings to the factory default settings. This will erase user data and downloaded contents.

 

  1. Press Home key > Menu Key and then tap Settings > Privacy.
  2. Tap Factory data reset.
  3. Tap Reset phone > Erase everything.
