Steps to Reset Settings

Reset to Default Settings changes the phone settings back to default. This process does not erase any user-entered info.

 

  1. From the standby screen, press Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Reset Settings.
  4. Scroll to and select All, then press OK.
  5. Enter the phone password, press Confirm.The default password is 00000000 (8 zeros).
  6. Confirm the password, press Confirm.
  7. Press Yes.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
