Steps to Reset Phone

Reset Phone returns all setup parameters (except for the Contacts entries) to their factory default values.

 

  1. From the Settings menu, select Phone Settings > Security.
  2. The Enter Code prompt appears in the display.Enter the four-digit lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
  3. Select Reset Phone. A prompt appears in the display to restore default settings (except for Contacts).
  4. To reset your phone to factory default settings, press Yes soft key.

 

Steps to Erase All Entries

Erase All Entries deletes all entries from the Contacts list.

 

  1. From the Settings menu, select Phone Settings > Security.
  2. The Enter Code prompt appears in the display.Enter the four-digit lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
  3. Select Erase All Entries. A prompt appears in the display.
  4. To reset your contact list, press Yes soft key.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
