Steps to Reset Settings

This will reset the phone to factory default settings.

 

  • In the standby mode, press Menu > Settings > Security > Reset Phone. If prompted for password, enter last 4 digits of your phone number.

 

Steps to Erase All Entries

This will erase all contact entries.

 

  • In the standby mode, press Menu > Settings > Security > Erase All Entries. If prompted for password, enter last 4 digits of your phone number.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
