Steps to Reset Phone Settings

This resets the phone to its default settings.

 

  1. Press Menu > Settings > Reset.
  2. Enter password (The default password is 1234) and press OK (at&t logo) > Master Reset >Yes.

 

Steps to Clear the Phone

This resets the phone to its default settings and deletes all personal data.

 

  1. Press Menu > Settings > Reset.
  2. Enter password (The default password is 1234) and press OK (at&t logo) > Master Clear >Yes.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
