Steps to Reset Phone

This will reset the phone to factory default settings and erase all user data. This will erase installed applications, application settings and data. It also erases personal files stored on the USB drive. Remove / disconnect all third party devices (e.g. SD Card, headset, etc.).

 

  1. From the Home screen, select the launcher icon.
  2. From the System screen, select Device Info. If necessary, swipe horizontally to locate the System screen.
  3. Select Reset Options.
  4. Select Full Erase.
  5. Select Full Erase.

  • Press the Option, Sym and power keys / button simultaneously.
