Steps to Reset Phone

This will restore original settings of the device.

 

  1. Select Menu > Tools > Settings.
  2. Select General > Factory Settings. The default password is 12345.

 

Steps to perform Factory Reset

This will delete all data.

 

  • Press *#7370#. The security code is 12345.
