Steps to perform Master Reset

Performing a master reset will reset any personalized settings created.

 

  1. From the stand by screen select Menu by pressing in on the Five Way Selection Key.
  2. Scroll to Settings and Select by pressing in on the Five Way Selection Key.
  3. Scroll to Restore factory settings and Select by pressing in on the Five Way Selection Key.
  4. Enter current security code and press OK. When done select OK by pressing in on the Five Way Selection Key.The default security code is 12345.

 

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
