Steps to Restore factory settings

This will restore the settings to factory default. The phone book, language setting, call timers, security code, and lock code are not affected.

 

  • Select Menu  4 2 2 . You are required to enter the security code. The default security code is 1234 or last 4 digits of your phone number.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
