Steps to perform a Master Reset

Performing a master reset will reset any personalized device settings.

 

  1. From the standby screen, press the Menu key.
  2. Scroll to Settings and select by pressing the right soft key.
  3. Scroll to Initial Setup and select by pressing the right soft key.
  4. Scroll to Master Reset and select by pressing the right soft key.
  5. Enter Security Code, and press OK. The default code is 000000.
  6. A confirmation screen will appear, select YES, by pressing the left soft key.
  7. The phone will restart.

 

To Perform a Master Clear

Performing a master clear will reset any personalized device settings, clear all downloaded media, phonebook entries and databook entries. 


  1. From the standby screen, press the Menu key.
  2. Scroll to Settings and select by pressing the right soft key.
  3. Scroll to Initial Setup and select by pressing the right soft key.
  4. Scroll to Master Clear and select by pressing the right soft key.
  5. Enter Security Code, and press OK. The default code is 000000.
  6. A confirmation screen will appear, select YES, by pressing the left soft key.
  7. The phone will restart.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
