Steps to Restore Phone

This will reset the phone to factory default settings and erase all user data.

 

  1. Select Menu > Settings > Security.
  2. Enter 4 digit lock code. The default lock code is 0000, 1234 or last 4 digits of your phone number.
  3. Select Done.
  4. Select Restore Phone.
  5. Select Yes after reading warning message.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
