Steps to perform Master Reset

Performing a master reset causes the device to re-format all memory. Any settings, customizations, saved files, etc. will be lost.

 

  1. Power the device off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button and the Action button simultaneously.
  3. The device will ask for confirmation of the master reset:To perform a master reset, select Yes by pressing the left soft key.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
