Steps to Restore Phone
The Restore Phone process will erase all user data and contacts on the card.
- From the main screen, press OK to choose MENU.
- Select Settings & Tools then press OK.
- Select Phone Settings then press OK.
- Select Security then press OK.
- If presented with a Display next time message, select the desired option (Yes/No) then press OK.
- Enter the Lock Code (default is the last four digits of the phone number) then press OK.
- Select Restore Phone, then press OK.
- Select Yes, then press OK.
- Press OK.
- Enter the Lock Code (default is the last four digits of the phone number) then press OK.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
