Steps to Reset Settings

This resets the phone settings to factory default.

 

  1. Press Menu.
  2. Scroll to Settings and press OK.
  3. Scroll to Phone Settings and Press OK.
  4. Scroll to Reset and Press OK.
  5. Scroll to Reset All Settings and Press OK.

 

Steps to Reset Phone

This resets the phone settings to factory default and also erases all information you have entered (including contacts and calendar entries) and content you have downloaded (including photos and sounds) stored in your phone memory.

 

  1. Press Menu.
  2. Scroll to Settings and press OK.
  3. Scroll to Phone Settings and Press OK.
  4. Scroll to Reset and Press OK.
  5. Scroll to Delete All Data and Press OK.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
