Steps to perform a Master Reset

Performing a master reset will reset all user-defined settings on the device.

 

  1. From the standby screen, press the Menu key.
  2. Scroll to Settings and select by pressing the right soft key.
  3. Scroll to Initial Setup and select by pressing the right soft key.
  4. Scroll to Master Reset and select by pressing the right soft key.
  5. Enter Security Code, and press OK. The default code is 000000.
  6. A confirmation screen will appear, select YES.

 

Steps to perform a Master Clear

Performing this function will erase all data (pictures, address book, downloaded content, etc.) and reset any user-defined settings on the device.

 

  1. From the standby screen, press the Menu key.
  2. Scroll to Settings and select by pressing the right soft key.
  3. Scroll to Initial Setup and select by pressing the right soft key.
  4. Scroll to Master Clear and select by pressing the right soft key.
  5. Enter Security Code, and press OK. The default code is 000000.
  6. A confirmation screen will appear, select YES.
  7. The phone will restart.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
