Steps to perform Master Reset

Performing this function will reset any personalized device settings.

  1. From the standby screen, press the Menu key.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Initial Setup.
  4. Scroll to and select Master Reset.
  5. Enter Security code, press OK. The default security code is 000000.
  6. A confirmation screen will appear,press Yes.

 

Steps to perform Master Clear

Performing a master clear will reset any personalized device settings, clear all downloaded media, phonebook entries and datebook entries.

  1. From the standby screen, press the Menu key.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Initial Setup.
  4. Scroll to and select Master Clear.
  5. Enter Security code, press OK. The default security code is 000000.
  6. A confirmation screen will appear,press Yes.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
