Steps to perform Master Reset

 All configuration settings will be set back to their factory defaults. Downloaded content and personal data, however, will not be lost.

 

  1. From the standby screen, press Main Menu.
  2. Scroll to Settings,then press the Center key.
  3. Scroll to Initial Setup,then press the Center key.
  4. Select to and select Master Reset.
  5. Enter Security Code, then press OK.The default security code is 000000.
  6. A confirmation screen will be displayed,press Yes to confirm.

 

Steps to perform Master Clear

 All configuration settings will be set back to their factory defaults. Also, all downloaded content and personal data (including contacts) will be erased.

 

  1. From the standby screen, press Main Menu.
  2. Scroll to Settings,then press the Center key.
  3. Scroll to Initial Setup,then press the Center key.
  4. Select to and select Master Clear.
  5. Enter Security Code, then press OK.The default security code is 000000.
  6. A confirmation screen will be displayed,press Yes to confirm.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
