Steps to perform a Master Reset

All configuration settings will be set back to their factory defaults. Downloaded content and personal data, however, will not be lost.

  1. From the standby screen, press the Center Select key.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Initial Setup.
  4. Scroll to and select Master Reset.
  5. A confirmation screen will appear, press OK.
  6. Enter Security Code, and press OK. The default code is 000000.

 

To Perform a Master Clear

All configuration settings will be set back to their factory defaults. Also, all downloaded content and personal data (including contacts) will be erased.
 


  1. From the standby screen,press the Center Select key.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Initial Setup.
  4. Scroll to and select Master Clear. 
  5. A confirmation screen will appear, press OK.
  6. Enter Security Code, and press OK. The default code is 000000.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
