Steps to Restore Phone

This procedure will erase all user data and restore the handset to the original factory settings

 

  1. From the main screen, press the center of the 5-way navigation pad to choose MENU.
  2. Select Settings & Tools then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad.
  3. Select Phone Settings then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad.
  4. Select Security then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad.
  5. If prompted, select Yes then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad .
  6. Enter the Lock Code (default is the last four digits of the phone number) then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad.
  7. Select Restore Phone, then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad.
  8. Select Yes, then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad.
  9. Press the center of the 5-way navigation pad.
  10. Enter the Lock Code (default is the last four digits of the phone number) then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
