How to master reset LG VX9700 Dare
Steps to Reset Settings
This resets the phone to factory default settings.
- Unlock the screen by touching Lock or pressing the Unlock Key on the left side of phone, then touch Menu to access the menu .
- Touch the Settings & Tools icon.
- Touch Phone Settings.
- Touch Security.
- Enter lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
- Touch Reset Default.
- Touch OK after reading the warning message.
- Touch Revert. A confirmation message is displayed briefly before the phone resets itself.
Steps to Restore Phone
This erases all user data and contact information entered in phone memory.
- Unlock the screen by touching Lock or pressing the Unlock Key on the left side of phone, then touch Menu to access the menu .
- Touch the Settings & Tools icon.
- Touch Phone Settings.
- Touch Security.
- Enter lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
- Touch Restore Phone.
- Touch OK after reading the warning message.
- Enter lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
