Steps to Reset Settings

This will reset the phone to factory default settings.

 

  1. Unlock the touch screen by dragging UNLOCK to the right or press the Unlock Key on the right side of your phone and touch the Menu Quick Key .
  2. Touch Settings.
  3. Touch Phone Settings.
  4. Touch Security.
  5. Enter lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
  6. Touch Reset default.
  7. After reading the warning, touch OK.
  8. Enter lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.

 

Steps to Reset Phone

This will reset the phone to factory default settings and erase all user data.

 

  1. Unlock the touch screen by dragging UNLOCK to the right or press the Unlock Key on the right side of your phone and touch the Menu Quick Key .
  2. Touch Settings.
  3. Touch Phone Settings.
  4. Touch Security.
  5. Enter lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
  6. Touch Restore Phone.
  7. After reading the warning, touch OK.
  8. Enter lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
