Steps to Reset Settings

This will reset the settings to factory default.

 

  1. Touch Home > Main Menu > Settings > Reset/Delete and enter your lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
  2. Select Reset settings. You will see a disclaimer.
  3. Read the disclaimer and touch Reset.

 

Steps to Reset Phone

This will reset the settings to factory default and delete all user data.

  2. Select Reset Phone. You will see a disclaimer.
  3. Read the disclaimer and touch Reset.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
