Steps to Perform Master Reset

 A master reset will return the device back to the factory settings; all data stored on the device will be lost. The device may not be functional for up to 15 minutes after a master reset is performed.

 

  1. From the home screen, press the Menu key and then tap Settings.
  2. Flick to and tap Privacy.
  3. Tap Factory data reset.
  4. Tap Reset phone. NOTE: If security has been enabled, unlock the device.
  5. Tap Erase everything.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
