Steps to Reset Default Settings
Resetting the phone to default settings restores all the factory defaults, including the ringer types and display settings. The Contacts, Call History, Calendar, and Messaging are not affected.
- Touch Home > Main Menu > (slide the screen up) >Settings > Reset/Delete and enter your lock code. The default lock code is last 4 digits of your phone number.
- Select Reset Settings. (You will see a disclaimer.)
- Read the disclaimer and touch Reset.

- Select Reset Phone.
- Touch Reset.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
