Steps to perform Master Reset

This will reset all user-defined settings on the device.

  1. From the standby screen, tap the Menu icon.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap More.
  4. Tap Reset Settings.
  5. Tap Master Reset.
  6. Tap Yes after reading the warning.
  7. Enter Security code, tap OK. The default security code is 0000.

  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap More.
  4. Tap Reset Settings.
  5. Tap Master Clear.
  6. Scroll to and select Handset.
  7. Tap Yes after reading the warning.
  8. Enter Security code, tap OK. The default security code is 0000.
