Steps to Reset Phone
This will reset the phone settings to factory default. This will also erase all of your personal data stored on the phone, including information about your Google Account,any other accounts, your system and application settings, and any applications you have downloaded. Resetting the phone does not erase any system software updates you have downloaded or any files on your microSD card.
- On the Settings screen, touch Privacy > Factory data reset.
- When prompted, touch Reset phone, and then touch Erase everything. The mobile phone resets the settings to the original factory settings, and then restarts.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
