Steps to Reset Phone via Settings
Resetting your phone will remove all the data from its memory and restore the phone back to the factory default settings.
- Click Start > Accessories > Clear Storage.
- Enter in the password provided on the display of the device (should be 1234) and select Yes.The phone will restart after it has been reset.
Steps to Reset Phone with phone turned OFF
- Power the device OFF.
- Press and hold the Volume Down button.
- While holding the Volume Down button,press and hold the Send Call and End Call buttons until you get a White Screen with Blue text that outlines the next step to take to execute Hard Reset.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
