Steps to Restore Factory Settings

This will restore all settings to factory settings.

Select Menu > Settings > Restore Factory Settings, and press OK. The default password may be 0000 or 1122.

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
