Steps to Reset Phone

This option allows you to restore the default factory settings. This option will delete all files stored in the device.

 

  1. Tap Start > Settings > System tab > Default Settings.
  2. Enter 1234 in the password field and tap OK to confirm that you want to restore to default settings.
  3. Tap Yes to start restoring.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
