Steps to Reset Phone

This will reset the phone to factory default settings and erase all user data like contacts, photos, messages and files, downloaded  applications like Java games etc. permanently.

 

  1. Make sure your battery is not completely used up or damaged.
  2. Remove your battery, remove your SIM card then reinstall them.
  3. Hold down # key and press Power on/off key at the same time for a while to reset the phone.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
