Steps to Reset Phone
This will restore your smartphone to the factory settings. This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your phone and any programs you installed.
- Remove the battery and replace it after three seconds.
- Press the power button while pressing both the Talk/send and End keys. After the phone has vibrated twice, release all the keys.
