Steps to Reset Phone

This will reset the phone to its original settings and delete all your personal data and downloaded applications.

 

  1. From the Home screen drag up arrow icon upwards.
  2. Tap Settings > Privacy.
  3. Tap Factory data reset > Reset phone > Erase everything.
