Steps to Reset Phone
This reverts the device back to factory settings. It will permanently erase all personal data, preferences, settings and content such as pictures, ringtones and apps. It is recommended that you save (backup) important data to your SIM, SD card, or a computer before proceeding.
- From the Start screen, slide to the App menu, or tap (icon with right arrow in the center of a circle).
- Flick to and tap Settings.
- Flick to and tap about.
- Tap reset your phone.
- Tap yes.
