Steps to Restore Phone

This resets phone settings and clears all phone data.

 

  1. Press the center select key to open Menu .
  2. Scroll to and select Settings & Tools.
  3. Scroll to and select Phone Settings.
  4. Scroll to and select Security.
  5. Enter lock code and select OK. The default code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
  6. Select Restore Phone.
  7. Read the warning and select Yes.
  8. Enter lock code and select OK. The default code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
